I went in looking for a grill. I am new to this and had no idea where to start. I want to personally thank Glen for assisting me so quickly, sharing his passion for grilling, for his expertise and being so generous. Thank you! It made my day and I am a happy customer at Ace Hardware

They had exactly what I needed and at a decent price to fix a leaky kitchen sink strainer. Even had some cold beer so I didn't have to make another stop. Bonus.

It has a big selection, but it’s the customer service is over the top. You can barely get through the paint section without having multiple employees bombard you asking if you need anything in a span of minutes. It makes it a little bit uncomfortable to shop

Called the store to see if they would take me off their mailing list they said, call corporate we can't promise we won't send you ads . I thought my mailbox belonged to me and if I called a place of business they would respect my decision not to be a customer. This comes as no surprise the initial reason I ceased from shopping there was their outrageous disregard and treatment of the disabled and of anybody who doesn't appear to fit their social / economic appearance . You never know how much someone makes or what they might spend in your store. They might spend 500 00 or even Two grand in one day. At any rate when I called and only asked about being taken off their mailing list he brought up an old dispute and began to argue. What a bunch of hateful people. The Pocatello store needs to go out of business. I spoke with the Idaho Falls store which was much more polite however they have a different owner. I will be getting ahold of corporate Monday and you will get a hand written legal letter not to contact me through ads or other methods. I do have a caseworker as discussed previously and they advocate for us . Will it be worth all of this to face charges as well ? Maybe just d
